Hi, I'm Georgie
Over the past 5 years, I’ve helped 250+ women reach their goals, working with clients at every stage of their journey - from those who are overweight and want to lose fat, to those at a healthy weight looking to build muscle, shape, and definition.
I specialise in beginners and intermediates - women who are either starting from scratch or feel like they’ve been doing all the “right” things and still not seeing results.
That’s why I focus on keeping things simple, structured, and sustainable. No fads, no cutting out everything you enjoy - just a proven approach that works when you stick to it.

Inside this container, we personalise your training program and meal plan to suit your body, your lifestyle, and your goals - taking into account things like your hormones, metabolism, and mindset. It’s perfect if you feel like you need a more tailored approach, especially if you have underlying health considerations.
Private coaching is also for you if you struggle to stay consistent on your own. With regular check-ins and direct support, I’ll keep you accountable, focused, and moving forward - so you don’t just start, you actually follow through.
My private coaching containers start at 3 months but can be extended. Or, if you’d like to dip your toe in before diving deeper, I also offer a single session - a Power Hour - so you can test the waters.
