i'm georgie

I’m a qualified personal trainer and online fitness coach, and over the past 5 years I’ve helped 250+ women build fitter, stronger and - most importantly - more confident bodies. Because that’s what it’s really all about. I’ve worked with women with all sorts of goals too, from losing fat to building muscle to doing a bit of both.

One thing I see time and time again is this. Most women aren’t lacking effort. They’re going to the gym, trying to eat well, doing all the things they think they should be doing… and still not seeing the results they want. And it’s frustrating, because it starts to feel like a “you” problem.

But it’s not.

The truth is, a lot of the advice out there is confusing, inconsistent, and honestly just doesn’t work long term. Achieving your body goals doesn’t need to be extreme or complicated. It can be simple, structured, and sustainable when you actually have the right plan in place.

That’s exactly why I do what I do. I specialise in helping women who are either new to the gym or in their comeback era cut through the noise and follow a proven approach that actually works. Without cutting out everything you enjoy. Without constantly starting over.
